Revisiting the Stress–Personality–Wellbeing Model among Language Teachers in an Academic English Program
This study partially replicates MacIntyre et al. (2019) by examining relationships among stressors, Big Five personality traits, and PERMA wellbeing among language teachers at BYU's English Language Center. Using a quantitative online survey, the study investigates how stress and personality independently predict teacher wellbeing, aiming to provide locally actionable evidence and contribute to language teacher psychology research.
